Papua New Guinea Baroida 100% ARABICA
Baroida Farm is located at the top of the Lamari River Valley and Mount Jabarra in the Eastern Highlands province. It was founded by Ben Colbran in the 1960s, thanks to government support for foreigners to cultivate land in the mountains. The name Baroida comes from the spirit of Baroida, which the locals believe resides in a large river stone that stands in one of the main rivers flowing through the farm.
Thanks to the combination of the natural processing of this coffee, the great care of the farmer and the experience of our head roaster Vašek, this coffee tastes like fermented raspberries and cloves. It's a very interesting combination of flavors that is totally worth it.
