They rely on clean, precise work and invest the money earned either in the education of their children and grandchildren or in improving the infrastructure and processes on the farm. The farm is gradually expanding as the Ñañez family gradually plays with planting unusual varieties of coffee.

Growing coffee in the hills around the village of Bruselas is difficult, the ground often slides and is unstable due to heavy rains. Vašek - our headroaster has adjusted the flavors of this coffee so that you will feel the distinct sweetness of honey, bergamot and sea buckthorn in the cup. It is mainly suitable for the filter, where it is absolutely excellent.
