Gold Blend is a combination of classic and luxury. It is a mixture with an ideal ratio of arabicas from Brazil and Costa Rica. We roast the coffees separately, each to a different degree of roasting, and then mix them. This will ensure that the Brazil adds a pleasantly nutty and chocolatey base to the mixture.

Costa Rica with its unique processing called "honey" gives this coffee sweeter notes that stand out thanks to the medium degree of roasting. The taste of the coffee is beautifully balanced, at the beginning it appeals to you with a full body and pleasant bitterness, and at the end it touches you with a very decent fruity taste.

Ethoipia is an extra sweet and juicy coffee that got its name from the owner of the farm, Shifaraw Berako, and it is an interesting mix of JARC varieties and several other local varieties (the so-called heirloom). The beans ripened at an altitude of 2,150 m above sea level and were processed using a natural method. Its taste profile will please all palates, because in a cup it offers the taste of lipo candies, blueberry jam and tangerines. It is best enjoyed on a filter, but it is also suitable for espresso.
