DECAF Colombia Atunkaa 100% ARABICA
This coffee comes from the municipality of Argelia, located in the southwest of the department of Cauca, which is the 4th largest production area of the specialty coffee in Colombia with approximately 90 000 small farmers who join into the association. Farmers from these groups all have small farms of up to 1 ha and have a mix of varieties such as Typica, Tabi, Caturra, Castillo and Colombia. In addition to producing coffee, they also produce small amounts of food for consumption, including bananas, avocados, and oranges.
The coffee is decaffeinated using a sustainable process based on sugar cane (sugar cane decaf). Thanks to this process and the recipe created by our head roaster Vašek, you won't know the difference from classic, caffeinated coffee and you will taste a chocolate foam, grape berries and star anise in the cup.
