Ethiopia Koke 100% ARABICA
Yirgacheffe is a relatively small coffee growing area, but it is very famous for its typical floral coffee profiles. Koke Station is named after the Koke kebele region of Ethiopia and brings together more than 1,200 smallholder farmers. Farmers in Koke are motivated by higher earnings when they deliver perfectly ripe coffee cherries. The average surcharge on this farm is 35%.
This coffee is processed using the classic washed method with a 72-hour fermentation before washing. Vašek - headroaster - adjusted the recipe so that you can smell herbal tea, flowers and peach in the cup. Definitely don't miss it.
