Together with the winemaker Michal from Kolář Winery, we joined forces and the result is an absolutely beautiful coffee wine - a unique combination of the fruity Ethiopian coffee from the Abebe Hilu farm and the typical taste of rosemary. Cognac color, delicate character and harmonious combination of rosemary and coffee richness.
