Sumatra Kerinci 100% ARABICA
We bring you this coffee thanks to the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative, whose farmers farm on a plateau that lies at the foot of Mount Kerinci on the island of Sumatra.
The processing cooperative that produces this fully washed coffee extends Indonesia's coffee growing and processing traditions. And this batch is a beautiful proof of that - it will make you rethink everything you think you know about Indonesian coffee. The coffee is removed from the fruit wrappers, then left to ferment for one day and then dried. Combined with the skill of our head roaster Vašek, you will feel the endless juiciness of licorice candies, tangerine and sweet cherry in your cup. It has a very low bitterness and is excellent especially for the filter, where it is ready to please your taste buds.
